Roots & Paws Sanctuary and Jasper Jo Co are being developed with the support of aligned donors, collaborators, advisors, and a small number of mission-aligned investors who believe in regenerative living, wellness, education, hospitality, rescue, and long-term community impact.

As the project grows, we may explore select partnerships with aligned individuals, organizations, sponsors, and private capital partners who understand long-term land-based projects, intentional development, and regenerative stewardship.

To ensure thoughtful growth and responsible partnerships, all investment and partnership inquiries are reviewed through a selective application and conversation process.

How The Investor & Partnership Process Works

1. Initial Inquiry

Interested individuals, organizations, or potential partners begin by reaching out through our inquiry form or direct communication channels. Initial conversations help us better understand background, alignment, interest level, and potential areas of collaboration.

2. Alignment Review

All inquiries are reviewed to assess alignment with the long-term vision, mission, values, and overall direction of Roots & Paws Sanctuary and Jasper Jo Co.

3. Introductory Conversation

Selected individuals may be invited into an introductory phone or Zoom conversation to discuss the project, vision, development approach, partnership opportunities, and long-term goals in greater detail.

4. Confidential Discussions

As conversations progress, additional materials, development plans, financial projections, partnership structures, and long-term strategies may be shared selectively and confidentially with qualified parties when appropriate.

5. Ongoing Relationship Building

Roots & Paws Sanctuary is being built intentionally and through long-term relationships. We value thoughtful collaboration, transparency, aligned values, and sustainable growth over fast-moving or purely transactional partnerships.
